How to bake a cheese cake:
The ingredients: Cream cheese, eggs, fresh milk, butter, salt, castor sugar, wheat flour & corn flour.

Step 1: Cheese, butter & fresh milk put together in a pot. Cook it but with small flame until it mix up & look smooth. Let it cold 1st. N ketepikan.

Step 2: Putar white egg and a bit of salt until it become thick/sekata. Add sugar bit by bit. Then mix it again. Ketepikan.

Step 3: Add wheat flour, corn flour and yellow egg into the cheese mixture. Pukul rata.

Step 4: Add white egg mixture together with step 3 mixture. Pukul rata.
Step 5: Then pour it into bekas acuan aloi. Just before that cover the bekas acuan with oil paper. And don't forget to double it with another bekas acuan filled with water.

Step 6: Lastly, bake it with 165 deg C for 1 hour or until it cook.
