Berat bertambah.
So decided to do some exercise and some sort like dieting.
1. Last week went to Grand Dorsett Hotel's Gym. Exercise la konon. Free for SSRC's member (Sabah Shell recreation club). Jadi dh disediakan, gunakanlah kemudahan yang ada tu. I used the treadmill, equipment like cycling (don't know its name), Ogawa sit massage (macam yang naik kuda tu, tp ada settingnya. berlari, melompat dll). Okay la....after few months xda workout. Xda sakit2 badan.
2. Yesterday. Went to sport complex. Ada date with Amy together join the aerobic session. So jalan critanya, sementara waiting for Amy to come, do some warming up and start jogging utk 1 round besar tu stadium tu. estimate 800m la tu 1 round. Jogging mcm mengejut ni. So trus nampak Amy bla dah complete 1 round tu. Then we went to badminton's court for aerobic. Masa tu rsa penat sgt eventhough blum start aerobic. Jadi time aerobic start, rsa nda larat sgt. Mo angkat tangan pun nda terdaya ni. Bru buat brapa steps, trus g cari bench and baring. HAhaha....mengampai eh for 5mins la kira2. Continue lagi. Then nda juga larat. This time, duduk saja la. Ulang2 la...kjp2 aerobic, kjp2 duduk. Smpai la warming down, bru la ok. This morning bangun, ahhhh....sakit lak badan. And otot2 ni pun sakit. Tapi xda la teruk sgt sakitnya.
3. Today lak.....joined Perbadanan Labuan's aerobic lagi. Yang ni nda tough la aerobic nya. Sesuai utk yang telah berumur juga la. Ringan2 saja. Kemarinnya tu, utk org yg dah fit ok la. Badan xda sakit2. Rileks.....
4. Tomorrow.....Ada lagi aerobic @ sport complex gk. Kiranya during this off, tomorrow will be the last aerobic that i've had joined.
Next offdays, continue lagi la...Utk memfitkan smula badan ni. Sambil jogging yesterday tu terkenang 10yrs back, sport complex tu la tempat yang bleh dikatakn selang sehari destinasi yang dituju. Training utk pra-sukma dengan arwah Coach Ramli and other atheletes termasuk la Alyn. Enjoy juga la during that time wlupun trainingnya round stadium smpai berbelas round non-stop, lari tarik tayar, lari dlm swimming pool and etc. All's in my memories!!!!
Okay....marilah kita memulakan aktiviti bersenam untuk menyihatkan badan sambil menguruskan badan smula. Pemakanan juga harus dicontrol utk mndapatkn berat badan dan susuk tubuh yang ideal. Kurangkn pngambilan karbohidrat. Bukan bermaksud jangan ambil sama sekali. Nant xda tenaga lak. Chayo...Chayo....Ajaja Fighting!!!!!
